Our Precautions

The DC Furies and by extension Ruggerfest 2022- Fast and the Furyous are committed to the health and safety of all players, coaches, and other attendees of our tournament. Per that commitment we will be requiring all registered teams to submit a waiver (forthcoming) indicating that each member of their team, including coaches, are vaccinated against COVID 19 and will abstain from attending the tournament if they are showing symptoms related to COVID-19 the weekend of April 30th – May 1st. The tournament will be taking the following measures:

-Sanitizing balls in between games

-providing PPE (masks and hand sanitizer) at the tournament headquarters tent

-requiring all tournament staff (referees, trainers) to be vaccinated

-asking attendees to wear masks in indoor areas, including inside porta potties.

We look forward to hosting a safe and fun tournament and to giving all participants a great experience! Please assist us in this goal by following all state and local ordinances and abiding by tournament rules. Thank you so much for your cooperation and support! See you in April!
